In Canada close to 40% of the food produced ends up in the waste bin. This represents more than 30 million dollars lost in food products per year. Thanks to our technology, a part of these food products will be recycled and reused.

Cédric Provost
Visionary of the Entosystem project and passionate about sustainable development. After completing studies in administration and entrepreneurship, his leadership and determination led Entosystem from a simple idea to the great company it is today.
Christopher Warburton
While working in pharmaceutical research, he established a black soldier fly colony in the greenhouses of the adjacent university. He then joined Entosystem in its early days and helped develop innovative breeding methods that ensure the organic growth of the company.
Alexis Larivée
With a degree in mechanical engineering, his rigor and multiple experiences in design, industrial maintenance and project management ensure Entosystem's productive growth at the cutting edge of technology. Alexis is the conductor behind the genius of Entosystem.
Jean-Philippe Doyon
Jean-Philippe has over 20 years of experience in finance and governance. Formerly Senior Vice President Finance at SNC-Lavalin, he joined the ranks of Entosystem and quickly helped solidify its financial foundations in order to ensure its growth. He is an invaluable asset for the company.
Vanaly Porlier
With a degree in Industrial Relations, Vanaly has more than 10 years of experience in human resources management, particularly in the manufacturing sector, in the field of renewable energy and in recruitment. Employees and managers recognize her ability to create a climate of trust that convinces talented candidates and promotes authentic communication.

To develop the production chain of insect flours, Entosystem relies on the support of federal, provincial, municipal and private partners.
Thanks to its partners, Entosystem plans to divert 40 000 tons of organic materials per year, produce 5 tons of flour and 7 tons of organic fertiliser per day, as well as create over 20 new employment opportunities in the Estrie region.
